Hi, I'm Ashton — a storyteller with a love for the artistry of real moments and the stories they hold. Based on a True Story is both a philosophy and a practice — a belief that real life can be as cinematic and breathtaking as the fictional stories we all love.

I don't just create content. I am building a creative ecosystem from the ground up — documenting the deliberate construction of a life designed entirely on my own terms.

My brand lives at the intersection of ambition and identity. It's about what it really feels like to outgrow small-town ceilings, to wholeheartedly chase your wildest dreams, and to build financial independence through creative work — openly and without apology.

Everything I do falls under one thesis: the most beautiful story you'll ever tell is the one you chose to live. I'm proving it, one chapter at a time.
